This WI winter gave us 162 consecutive days below 60 degrees. In 1008-9 it was 192 days in a row. It did not register a 60 degree day until May 5th! Ok…..I think I can handle today’s temperature of 62 degrees and just smile. My grass is turning green, my tulips are up, and my kids can play outside without getting to muddy….life is good! Hope you spring afternoons are going better as well.
Today TBS will host the Awana Gran Prix. Doors will open at 5pm for food and we will begin the whole race program at about 6:30pm. Just want to invite you even if you are not involved in Awana because it seems to be a fun time of food and fellowship! Today we have Daryl Mayes in elementary chapel and Dan Leeds in High School Chapel! We are looking forward to that for sure.
Patriot Booster Sunday Night: For those who would like to join TBS in thanking our Patriot Booster Donors you are welcome to attend. The service will begin at 6:30 and will have some singing and worship time and then move into a few testimonies of what TBS means to our families, and finally I will give a challenge concerning Christian Education from God’s Word. We will recognize the donors by name and give them a cake reception downstairs after the service. Again you are welcome to come and thank those who have given. TBS understands that without these donors tuition and school budget would simply be impossible.
