TBS Nation,

It is officially October and we are 1/6th done with the school year…nobody’s counting!  It was good to have a couple days to refresh and be in church.  I am always challenged by God’s word and I do enjoy listening to his voice and spirit speak.  I trust that this is the same for you. We have Grandparents Day on Friday.  Classes will dismiss at 11:30am and we will enjoy soup and a program put on by the TBS Choir.  I am looking forward to the day because it is one of the few times I get to see my own parents!  We will pray for safe travel for all who will come and enjoy the day with us. TBS Elementary Volleyball game tonight at Roberts if you are interested.  That game will begin at 4:00pm!

Don’t forget to check out the Patriot Post for detailed information concerning upcoming events.  I am thankful for the updates we get from our staff.  It helps keep us on our toes.  Families should have received Progress (Grade) Reports from each class and teacher over the weekend.  Pardon the email coming that takes place on the 3rd, 6th, and 8th Weeks – This is truly an effort to keep you up to speed with your child’s progress.  If you have questions or concerns please contact teachers and we will be quick to respond concerning the issues at hand.
