TBS Nation,

Nervous tension is already cutting through the Shaeffer House this morning as the kids anticipate WACS.  I know that all of the students will be a bit on edge with excitement as they perform and present work they have prepared.  I am very honored to be a part of a school where so many of the kids are active in days like today.  I also am very thankful for the parents and the hours you put in to help prepare for the day.  I am well aware of the time it takes and now that I have two kids in WACS…….let’s just say that dad was a bit stressed as well.

Jan Martin and Amy Braker have been just tremendous helps in the music side of things.  I am looking forward to hearing about all the solos, duets, and group events.  I know that there are even students like Jasmine Oertel, who have been working on piano pieces for the better part of three months!  Looking forward to good things out of all.

May the Lord Bless the TBS Elementary this day.  May we honor him as a school and individuals.  To God be the praise and Glory forever and ever Amen!
