Good morning and welcome to Friday. I am very thankful that the weekend is almost here so that we can all get our feet under us again. Monday always seems to start fine but then it simply goes down hill from there. I know, I know that is life. Sometimes I envy Jr. High thinking…they think in 2 minute intervals and then ask whats next? No planning, no long term thinking, fall back on mom and dad or grandma/grandpa whenever you get stuck. Ahh this is not the definition of a wise person who is longing to be close to the savior. I realized yesterday in my conversations with individuals that needed something that the best thing I can do is be a solution to a problem not argue the problem. Nothing harms a relationship more than disagreements. In Ephesians 2 Paul talks about the unity of the spirit and the body of believers. I would challenge you to come to a meeting, have a tough conversations with the child, approach the spouse, or help someone in need and have part of a solution in your heart. Be the encouragement. Send calm and gentle vibes to those needing to be communicated with. “A soft answer turns away wrath.”
Be the encouragement that someone needs today and then tell me about it! I love to hear these stories of helping one another!
